HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD GOWNS BE ORDERED?
We recommend ordering your gown seven months prior to your wedding date. This allows six months to create your dress and one for alterations.
DO YOU PROVIDE RUSH ORDERS?
Our rush orders are typically available around four months prior to your wedding. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
WHAT IS A TRUNK SHOW?
A trunk show is an exciting event where designers showcase their latest wedding dress collection in a retail space - think of it as a designer preview.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR TRUNK SHOWS?
Our trunk shows are usually 2 weeks long.
HOW DOES THE TRUNK SHOW RUN?
We will send dresses from our latest collections, along with a detailed dress and price list.
Stockists are required to check if there are any discrepancies or damage to the dresses and report this to us within 2 days of arrival.
Stockists will organise the dresses to send to the next store on agreed date on the trunk show form.
10% off discount is offered for all client orders within the trunk show period.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISATION TO GOWNS?
Yes, we can do various types of customisation for client orders. These may include but are not limited to:
- Sleeve addition
- Neckline adjustments
- Bodice lining
- Lining colour changes
- Train extension

Should I do anything before my appointment?
View our collections online and save your favourite gowns or individual elements - whether it be a certain lace or neckline, this will help us find your dream dress.
What happens after I choose my dress?
Your retailer will secure your selection by processing a deposit. They will then take your measurements and give you a timeframe for when your dress will be ready for a fitting.
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer exchanges, credit notes, or refunds on custom made dresses or accessories.
